A Note About Sign Placement

Any place on your property is fine, however, most people do not realize that you don’t own the strip of land between the sidewalk and the street. This is often called Roade Verge, here is a link for more information on that.

That is owned by the state, but the home or business owner is expected to maintain it, so you are welcome to place it there. Here is a link to the state statute
